DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 1 to 3 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and a tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order to track the progress of your shipment. Expedited orders will be prioritized and dispatch either same day or the following business day. Orders placed late Friday to Sunday will ship the following week.

Orders will ship UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified, and do not require signature for delivery. Since a signature is not required, please make sure your delivery location is secure. If you received a delivery notification and do not see your package, contact UPS directly and file a claim.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international packages are shipped UPS Expedited. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages, and are not responsible for any delays.

Duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. We advise contacting your local customs bureau with inquiries. Refused packages due to a higher than expected tax will incur a 20% restocking fee.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything in our power to assist you, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. A delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery, and the customer accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package once proof of delivery is generated. We highly recommend using a secure delivery address and keeping up with the movement of your package in transit.
