ORDERS

Please check all measurements in the product description before placing your order. If you are unsure about your size, email us at info@shopworthwhile.com and we will help you. We recommend measuring a garment in your closet that fits you well and using that as a guide.

Store credit and gift certificates cannot be used on the website. If you have a store credit or gift certificate, call or email the shop to make a purchase. We are unable to retroactively apply these credits to an online order.

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases in the event of markdowns or promotions, or price matching with other shops and/or online retailers. 

Orders will not be cancelled once they are placed.

WORTHWHILE is a small shop with a limited inventoryIf we are sold out of an item you are interested in, you can sign up for an email notification by clicking the "notify me" button under the product description. Should the item be restocked, an automated email will be sent. 

We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers with recurrent returns.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 1 to 2 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location. A tracking number will be sent to the email associated with your order to track the progress of your shipment. Expedited orders will be prioritized and dispatch either same day or the following business day. Orders placed late Friday to Sunday will ship the following Monday, provided it is not a holiday.

Orders will ship from our shop in Charleston, South Carolina via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Packages do not require signature for delivery. If you would like to request signature required, please reach out to us or make a note on your order during checkout. Otherwise, please make sure your delivery location is secure.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to uncontrollable events and/or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via UPS Expedited and the shipping rate varies by country. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages, and are not responsible for any delays once the package leaves the shop.

Duties, taxes, and VAT are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. We advise contacting your local customs bureau with inquiries. Refused packages due to a higher than expected tax will incur a 20% restocking fee.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything in our power to assist you, but we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. A delivery record will be conclusive proof of delivery, and the customer accepts liability for any loss or damage to the package once proof of delivery is generated. We highly recommend using a secure delivery address and keeping up with the movement of your package in transit.

RETURN POLICY FOR WEB ORDERS

If your order does not work out and you need to return it, please adhere to the online return policy below.

All sale items, discounted items, and sales from promotions are final sale.  Fragrances, home/body products, socks, and jewelry are final sale. No returns of these items will be accepted.

Eligible items for return must be unworn with original tags and/or packaging and show no signs of use, alteration, or damage. Items not acceptable for return, or returned without authorization, will be returned to you at your expense.

All authorized returns must be mailed within 5 days of delivery confirmation. Any requests or returns falling outside of this time frame will not be accepted and you will be informed of this by email.


DOMESTIC ORDERS

Please contact us at info@shopworthwhile.com for approval and to obtain a return label that will be emailed to you.

A flat return shipping fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund in addition to the original shipping charge, which is non-refundable. This covers the cost of return shipping plus a small restocking fee.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the transit time and shipping cost, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for purchases made by customers outside of the continental United States. We ship worldwide via UPS Expedited and the shipping rate varies by country. We are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates for these packages, and are not responsible for any delays once the package leaves the shop.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process them in the order that they are received. We do not process refunds before we have received and inspected the returned merchandise. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment, less the $25 return shipping fee and the original shipping charge. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. It may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account statement. 


RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

Non-discounted in-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days. All items must be unworn with original tags and/or packaging and show no signs of use or damage. Fragrances, home/body products, socks, and jewelry are final sale. No returns of these items will be accepted.

All discounted items are final sale. No returns of sale merchandise will be accepted.

Store credits are good for one year from the date of issue.
