Based in Campinas, São Paulo, Lapima's in-house atelier produces handcrafted eyewear from couple Gisela and Gustavo Assis. The frame styles are influenced by Brazilian biomes, architecture, and visual arts. Lapima sunglasses are crafted by 20+ artisans from the local community that train at their atelier, ensuring that the designs are carefully transferred to the organic cellulose acetate.
