-you are a self-starter and take the initiative when you see something that needs to be done.
-you have meticulous attention to detail, especially when fulfilling web orders. you take pride in everything you do.

responsibilities:

-cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, anticipate their needs and reach out when new collections arrive.
-assist customers that come in to the shop - pulling sizes, educating them on the designers, making sure they have a positive experience.
-answer the shop phone and respond to texts and emails in a warm and professional manner.
-fulfill online orders with exceptional care and attention to detail.
-maintain the standards of the sales floor at all times - evenly spacing hanging merchandise, straightening shelf products, restocking sold merchandise, dusting, etc.
-fill in wherever you are needed, we are a small shop and we all wear many hats!
