Extreme Cashmere was founded by Saskia Dijkstra in 2016. Throughout her 20+ years in cashmere production, Saskia dreamt of designing a cashmere jumper made on her terms. Her first jumper surprisingly fit almost every person who tried it on, and consequently was the beginning of the extreme cashmere concept to produce everything in a single size.
Their clothing is genderless and unisize, as Saskia believes in finding the perfect shape for your body and style rather than looking at sizes.
Durability and resourcefulness are of great importance to Extreme Cashmere. They source their cashmere from goats that live in mountainous areas in the Chinese region inner Mongolia, where the temperatures are extreme.
There is a hand embroidered flag detail on the cuff or hem of each garment, a trademark of Extreme Cashmere and also the available colors of that specific style in that edition. Extreme Cashmere is based in Amsterdam.
